Questions
- What counts as a unit?
- Anything you rent out on its own tenancy agreement: a house, a suite, a condo, an apartment. Parking stalls and storage lockers don't count.
- What happens after the free trial?
- You get 60 days free with no card needed. Before it ends we'll ask you to pick a plan. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still download everything.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, any time. Add a building and you move up a plan from your next bill; sell one and you move down.
- Do my tenants pay anything?
- No. There are no tenant fees, no payment-processing fees on rent, and no per-application charges. Your tenants pay you rent the way they already do.
- Can I leave?
- Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and you can download all your records and documents before you go.
